Returns and Refunds Policy
Shipping Insurance + Lost / Damaged Package Coverage!
eJuiceDB is proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.
How to use your Route insurance:
*Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

Refunds / Returns
Our refund policy is very simple. If you are unhappy with your order we aren't happy either. We strive for customer satisfaction and will work with you to find a solution. We accept returns for credits or a refund within 2 weeks of receiving your items. Please contact our support team at info@ejuicedb.com
Refund Policy Abuse:
Any attempt to abuse our refund policy will result in a denial of service. Your account will be blocked from ordering from eJuiceDB.
Refund Policy Intent:
This policy is intended for customers who receive products that they are extremely dissatisfied with or for customers who have received damaged or incorrect shipments from manufacturers. All products on our website ship directly from the manufacturers and/or authorized distributors.
Refunds: Acceptable Reasons
We will refund you for your 1st order for the below list of complaints and/or issues. First order refund policy is limited to 3 eLiquid products.
- Wrong product ordered
- Product arrived damaged
- Wrong nicotine level ordered or received
- Wrong size ordered or received
- Wrong item sent / delivered
- Shipment transit times exceeded reasonable time and no notification was received from our Customer Service team
General Refund / Replacement / Return Policy
In the event your items are damaged, incorrect or sent to the wrong address we will provide you (1) of the following options as a resolution;at the discretion of our team:
- Refund for the product(s)
- Replacements for the product(s)
- Credit on your next order(s)

Shipping and Ordering Frequently Asked Questions
Processing & Shipping Times
Processing times are not included in shipping times. Shipping times are an estimate based on vendor's past 90 day ship history. Processing times may take 1-3 business days to complete. Vendors do not ship items on weekends.
When do I receive my tracking number?
eJuiceDB sends all tracking numbers via email once a package has been shipped. You can also view your orders and associated tracking numbers in My Account
Expedited / Overnight / 2nd Day Shipping
eJuiceDB does not offer Expedited, Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping.
Multiple Tracking Number
eJuiceDB will send you multiple tracking numbers if you order from 2 or more vendors. Each vendor will ship a package to you containing your items.
Tracking Number Not Working
Please allow up to 1 business day for a tracking number to update. If there is no progress after 1 business day please contact us.
Shipping to APO/FPO / Military Boxes
eJuiceDB at this time does not support the ability the ship to APO/FPO mailboxes. We suggest having items shipped to an address in the United States and then having them forwarded to your final destination.
Wrong Nicotine / Size Purchased
eJuiceDB does not reimburse or compensate for customer errors. Please note that you have ordered the correct size, nicotine or options. Double check your order and items. The customer is responsible for providing us accurate shipping and billing information. No refunds will be issued should the customer provide incorrect shipping or product information.
International Shipping
eJuiceDB does not provide standard international shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.
International Purchasing
eJuiceDB only accepts US credit and Debit Cards with US billing and shipping addresses. Orders must be placed from within the United States. Orders placed from outside the United States or without a valid US credit or Debit card will be rejected during check out.

Student / Military Discount
We're proud to announce that we now offer military and student discounts. All discounts are handled by a third-party application. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively. Redeem Military & Student Discounts here
Student Discounts can only be redeemed with a valid .edu email address, must be of legal vaping age in your state.
Military Discounts
After submission, approval usually occurs under 1 hour between 6AM-9PM PST, 7 days per week.
Afterwards, your document will be destroyed and your account will be permanently verified.
An e-mail will be sent to your email address when your document has been processed.
Valid Documents:
- Official ID or Veterans Affairs ID DD-214 (you may block SSN)
- Promotion Certificate or Award Certificate
- Veterans Affairs postal letters
- Driver's License showing Veteran mark (requires visit to DMV to add it)
- G.I. Bill documents
Invalid Documents (we will reject):
- Pictures of you in uniform (even if your name is on it)
- Anything else not mentioned above
