Payment Terms:

  1. Payments will be withdrawn from your credit card or debit card every 15 or 30 days, depending on the frequency you choose.
  2. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the 5% off will always be applied to the total amount.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  1. A refund is not provided when a customer cancels. The cancellation period will be effective on the last day of the current invoice period.

        1. How often can I cancel? You can cancel at any time, but we recommend coordinating the cancellation with the end of  each billing cycle to avoid an extra monthly debit.  
        2. Does the subscription apply to an entire brand or only to specific products? The subscription applies to specific products  made available for purchase through the subscription mode. 
        3. Do I get a refund if I don't like the product? Lear more about our refund policies
        4. Can I subscribe to more than 1 product?Yes, you can subscribe to more than one product. If you want to subscribe to more than one unit of a specific product, you just have to add the amount of items of that same product, and every time you get your next shipping, you will receive that amount of products that you subscribed for in the first place.If you want to subscribe to different products/brands, you have to subscribe to each product/brand separately.
        5. How do coupon codes work with the subscription program? Once you have chosen your product and are ready to check out using your coupon code, the coupon will be applied during the  check-out process. It is valid for your first purchase only and the following bills will have the 5% discount applied  from EjuiceDB  for subscribing to your favorite products.
        6. When I subscribe to any product, does it add points to my account in the Loyalty program?  Yes, as a normal purchase your points will be updated on your points status. 
        7. What happens if my subscription includes a product that is out of stock?If the product that you subscribed to is currently out of stock for that billing period, the order will be completed and the product will be shipped once it is restocked. 
        8. Can I redeem the subscription & loyalty program discount codes together?
          No, loyalty program discounts cannot be applied to orders made under the subscription mode. However, you will accumulate points in our loyalty program with every purchase made under the subscription mode.
