Payment Terms:

  1. Payments will be withdrawn from your credit card or debit card every 15 or 30 days, depending on the frequency you choose.
  2. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, the 5% off will always be applied to the total amount.

Non-Refundable Fees:

  1. A refund is not provided when a customer cancels. The cancellation period will be effective on the last day of the current invoice period.

    What products can I subscribe to?
    Great question! We have a wide range of products that can be reordered automatically with our subscription program. Find them here.


    When can I cancel my subscription? 
    You can cancel anytime, but we recommend coordinating the cancellation with the end of each billing cycle to avoid an extra monthly debit. See full cancelation instructions here.


    Does the subscription apply to an entire brand or only to specific products? 
    The subscription applies to a specific list of products. All those products can be found here.


    Do I get a refund if I don't like the product? 
    You will only be eligible for a full refund if:

    • Product arrived damaged
    • Wrong size, nicotine level, or product is received

    Can I subscribe to more than 1 product?
    Yes. You can subscribe to more than one product. As long as those products can be added to your subscription then you can order as many as you want while mixing an matching products to suit your preferences.

    *Note:
    If you want to subscribe to different products/brands, you have to subscribe to each product/brand separately.*


    How do coupon codes work with the subscription program? 
    You can apply your coupon code during the checkout process.

    However, coupon codes are only valid for the first purchase on any subscription program. After your first shipment, the coupon will not continue to be applied but you will still get a 5% OFF on the original price of the item if you have subscribed to that product. The 5% will be applied at checkout.


    When I subscribe to any product, does it add points to my account in the Loyalty program?  
    Yes. You can earn points through subscription orders and use those points to buy products you are not subscribed to.


    What happens if my subscription includes a product that is out of stock?


    If the product that you subscribed to is currently out of stock for that billing period, the order will be completed and the product will be shipped once we’ve restocked.


    If you don’t want to wait for the product to be back in stock, please contact customer service or follow these instructions. 


    Can I redeem the subscription & loyalty program discount codes together?
    You may gain loyalty points from purchases made with your subscription program but loyalty program discounts cannot be applied to orders made through your subscription program.

    What browser should I use for my subscription?
    Our subscription program and platform work with any browser you decide to go with. Pick your favorite one and if you run into any issues please follow the steps above.


    Is there a discount tied to my subscription?
    Yes. There is a 5% discount applied to all products that you subscribe to. The discount is applied automatically when you are billed.

    Note: You cannot access your subscription until your subscribed order has shipped. This applies to first-time buyers only.
