Instruction Guide: My Subscription

How to log in to my subscription

  1. Click on ‘Login / Register’ at the top-right-hand corner of the EJUICEDB Homepage
  2. Click on ‘Manage subscriptions’ at the bottom of the page
  3. Enter the email address associated with your subscription, click on ‘Send login code’, and follow the instructions.

How to edit a subscription

  1. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab at the top of your screen to view your active subscriptions.
  2. Scroll down until you find the subscription you wish to edit and click on it

How to change my subscription product quantity

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Click on ‘Quantity’
  3. Select your preferred product quantity and click on ‘Update quantity’
  4. Verify that the ‘Quantity’ on your subscription has changed

How to change my subscription shipping date

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Click on ‘Next order’
  3. Select your preferred shipping date from the calendar and click on ‘Update next order date’
  4. Verify that the ‘Next order’ date on your subscription has changed

How to skip an order/shipment on my subscription

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Click on ‘Next order’
  3. Click on ‘Skip this order’
  4. A confirmation message should pop up
  5. Click on ‘Skip this order’ again
  6. Verify that the ‘Next order’ date on your subscription has changed

How to change my subscription order frequency

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Click on ‘Order frequency’
  3. Select your preferred shipment frequency and click on ‘Update frequency’
  4. Verify that the ‘Order frequency’ on your subscription has changed

How to change my subscription payment method

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Click on ‘Payment method’
  3. Click on the arrow in the popup message to open the payment methods page
  4. Click on ‘Edit’
  5. Any updates to your payment method must be completed via Shopify. Click on ‘Send update email’ to receive an email from Shopify and then follow the instructions to update your payment method. Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't receive the email within 10 minutes.

How to change my subscription shipping address

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Click on ‘Shipping address’
  3. Enter your new shipping information and click on ‘Save shipping address’ at the bottom of the form
  4. Verify that the ‘Shipping address’ on your subscription has changed

How to change my subscription email address

  2. Click on ‘Email address’
  3. Enter your new email address and click on ‘Update’
  4. Verify that the ‘Email address’ on your subscription has changed

How to change my subscription phone number

  2. Click on ‘Account phone’
  3. Enter your new phone number and click on ‘Update’
  4. Verify that the ‘Account phone’ on your subscription has changed

How to change my subscription product

  2. Scroll down to the bottom of your subscription page and click on ‘Swap product’
  3. Search for the product you wish to swap for or select one from the list of options that appears
  4. Click on your product of choice and fill in your desired quantity, variant, and order frequency. Then click on ‘Swap for this product’
  5. Verify that the product on your subscription has changed

How to add a discount code to my subscription

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of your subscription page and click on ‘Add discount’
  3. Enter your discount code and click on ‘Apply discount’

How to cancel an existing subscription

  1. Follow steps A. and B. of this guide
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of your subscription page and click on ‘Cancel subscription’
  3. Choose a reason for canceling your subscription and click on ‘Next’
  4. Please give us some feedback and click on ‘Cancel’

How to add a new product to my subscription

  1. Click on the ‘Subscriptions’ tab at the top of your screen to view your active subscriptions.
  2. Click on ‘Add a product’
  3. Search for the product you wish to add to your subscription or select one from the list of options that appears
  4. Click on your product of choice and fill in your desired quantity, variant, order frequency, shipping & billing label, and first shipping date. Then click on ‘Add a product’ at the bottom of the form
  5. Verify that the product has been added to your ‘Subscriptions’

How to check my subscription order history

  1. Click on the ‘Purchase history’ tab at the top of your screen.
  2. Click on a specific subscription to view its order history details
