Route+ Shipping Insurance: Lost or Damaged Package Coverage

eJuiceDB is proud to partner with Route, the industry leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft.

If your order is broken upon arrival or never reaches you, you can easily file a claim directly with Route and receive a replacement or a full reimbursement. We highly recommend using Route+ for peace of mind.

How to Use Your Route+ Insurance

  • Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered."
  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

eJuiceDB Return Policy Intent

This policy is specifically for customers who have received damaged or incorrect shipments from the manufacturers or authorized distributors. All products on our website ship directly from these sources.

You must notify eJuiceDB of incorrect or damaged shipments within 30 days of delivery.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns

We will accept returns and initiate a resolution for issues that meet the following criteria:

  • Product arrived damaged
  • Wrong nicotine level received
  • Wrong size received
  • Wrong item received

> **Note:** We do not accept returns or offer refunds for customer dissatisfaction with product flavors, or for products miss-ordered by the customer.

General Refund, Replacement, and Return Resolution

In the event your items are damaged, incorrect, or sent to the wrong address, our team will provide one of the following resolution options (at our discretion):

  • Full refund for the product(s)
  • Replacement for the product(s)
  • Credit applied toward your next order(s)

Refund Policy Abuse

Any attempt to abuse our refund policy will result in an immediate denial of service. Your account will be permanently blocked from placing future orders with eJuiceDB.
