Florida's HB 1007, in effect since October 2024, created the Nicotine Dispensing Device (NDD) Directory — a public, regularly updated list of banned single-use vaping devices. Products are listed if deemed attractive to minors based on branding, color, or character imagery. Once listed, retailers and shippers have 60 days to remove the product.
