Route+ Shipping Insurance: Lost or Damaged Package Coverage

eJuiceDB is proud to partner with Route, the industry leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout, your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft.

If your order is broken upon arrival or never reaches you, you can easily file a claim directly with Route and receive a replacement or a full reimbursement. We highly recommend using Route+ for peace of mind.

How to Use Your Route+ Insurance

  • Claims for packages marked "delivered" must be filed after 5 days and before 15 days from the date the package was marked "delivered."
  • Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.

 

Required Adult Signature Confirmation (21+)

In compliance with federal regulations governing the shipment of e-cigarette and tobacco-related products, all orders from eJuiceDB require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery.

This means that a person 21 years of age or older must be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. The carrier will not leave the package unattended, and no exceptions can be made.

Adult Signature Confirmation Fee

An additional fee of $7.00 USD will be applied to every order to cover the cost of this required service. This fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

What to Expect at Delivery

  • A government-issued photo ID may be requested to verify your age at the time of delivery.
  • If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will make additional delivery attempts or hold the package at a local facility for pickup.
  • Packages that are not picked up within the carrier's holding period may be returned to eJuiceDB. In such cases, reshipping fees may apply.

Why Is This Required?

Federal law — specifically the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act — requires online retailers of vaping and tobacco products to use carriers that collect an adult signature at the point of delivery. This policy helps ensure that our products only reach adults of legal age and keeps eJuiceDB compliant with all applicable regulations.

We are pleased to offer **Free Standard Shipping** on all orders that meet our minimum purchase requirement. This is one more way eJuiceDB helps you save on your favorite products!

Eligibility

  • Your cart subtotal must be $250.00 USD or more (before taxes and after any applied discounts) to qualify for free shipping.
  • This offer applies to Standard Shipping methods within the domestic United States.
  • If your order total falls below the minimum threshold, standard shipping rates will apply.
