All of my vapes worked well, no duds. But was initially sent the wrong flavor. Customer service was phenomenal on fixing it!

Customer service? I don't think they know what that means. I have tried to order off of this site (3) different times, and they will tell you "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER". You will even get a confirmation number in your email along with "WE APPRECIATE YOUR BUSINESS", no they don"t. They could care less about you or anything you have to say, they have made their money off of us, the customer, and now they don't need you. So, after you get the confirmation email, later on they will send you another email telling you, "THAT YOUR TRANSACTION WAS FRAUDULENT" and canceled your order. So, you try and contact them through email, you give them your phone number, expecting a phone call from someone in the next day or so, AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHADON'THOLDYOURBREATHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA I've been waiting for two weeks and haven't heard a word. All (3) times I was told that it was fraudulent. If you ask me, don't waste your time on this site cause I assure you they WILL NOT waste theirs. The (96) people that gave a good rating probably employees from the past.
